The Food Pantry provides food on the second and fourth Monday of each month.
The pantry is available to all residents of Montgomery County without any personal obligations.
Those in need are welcome to come to obtain the food for the need in their life.
The food pantry meets individual requests from other agencies to help supplement the needs of
those agencies. For example, Edgewood currently works with Catholic Social Services, The
Dayton
Food Bank, the Gospel Mission, and The House of Bread. Supplies are provided from the churches
in the Greater Dayton Association, the Food Bank, and other agencies. The food given out
consists of a nutritionally balanced variety of items. The goal is to meet the needs of
a normal size family for 2 to 3 days.
